Mission Statement:
“The Las Vegas Quilters will
promote the preservation, growth and appreciation of the art
of quilting
through information exchange, educational opportunities, and charitable
activities.”
We
are a diverse group of quilters
located in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
Our meetings are held monthly at the West Charleston Library at the
corner of
West
Charleston and Community College Drive (Verdinal Dr.) in the city of
Las Vegas.
We meet the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the
Lecture Hall.
Our meeting dates for 2010 are:
February
10th, March 10th,
April 14th, May12th, June 9th
Membership
is open to all quilters
regardless of experience or type of quilting you enjoy.
Membership dues are $20 per year. Guest are permitted to attend two
meetings as a
non-member.
